Festival Event Schedule

Once the performance title, three roles, and actors are decided upon, and the rehearsal hall is ready, the chief priest from Nagahama Hachiman Shrine comes to pray for the children’s health and that the festival will be a great success.

First, the students learn to read the lines, then move on to the verse and tachigeiko (standing rehearsal). The children practice hard every morning, noon, and night.
